Magazine Subscription information:

How long does it take for my subscriptions to start?

Your subscription(s) will start with the next available issue unless otherwise requested by yourself in the necessary section of the website. It will also depend on the time of your order, the print date of the magazine and the postal method used.

Mystical Thai magazine is published every 3 months and may take up to 4weeks for delivery to start upon subscriptions. However in most cases it will be sooner.

How long will it take for my first issue to arrive?

After your order has been processed by us, you will receive the next available issue. The delivery date is determined by the time you place your order and the print date of the magazine you order.

For Domestic Subscribers: Please allow 2-4 weeks for your first issue to arrive. For Foreign Subscribers: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your issues to arrive. If you do not receive your magazine on time, please allow a few extra days for arrival, it may have been delayed in the mail.

What if I want to have some of my magazines delivered to my office and others delivered to my home?

Not a problem. During the check out process, you’ll be asked for a delivery address. You can have different magazines delivered to different places, even to different people.

How can I tell when my Mystical Thai subscription is going to expire?

When your subscription is nearing expiration, you will receive notices from us in a variety of forms, including cover wraps around the issue, e-mail notices and telephone renewal opportunities.

How do I renew the subscription?

we will send you a reminder before the end of your subscription. Nothing will be sent to the recipient unless the subscription expires. How do I change my subscription address?

If you're moving, we need six weeks’ notice to ensure uninterrupted service. (The post office does not automatically forward magazines.) Please include your current address and your new address in the body of the message.

I received a damaged issue. Can I get a replacement copy?

Shipping information:

What type of Shipping is available?

For international shipping worldwide, we strongly recommend registered post and courier services. A tracking number will be issued for this shipping thus it will be traceable to reduce the chances of lost and missing mail.

For other express shipping options, we will calculate them. If you are unfamiliar with the charges associated with these alternative shipping methods, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. How long will it takes to reach me?

We will ship out the magazine within 2 days upon receiving the payment. A confirmation of shipping details and proof of magazine subscription receipt will be sent to your email.

As it is registered shipping, a tracking number will be issued and the client will be informed and able to track the status of the item.

** Please note that registered parcels require someone to sign for them. If no one is present at the time of delivery, you will have to contact your nearest post office (the postman may usually leave a note for unsuccessful delivery if no one is around to receive it); otherwise they may send it back to us. If this happens you will be required to pay for the second round of shipping postage.
** Also take note that when you place an order preceding a national holiday, this could delay your order for an additional 2-3 days.

How do I order a subscription?

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following methods of payments

  1. Paypal
    This is the most convenient way to pay us. Paypal accepts most major debit and credit cards online. However, you need to subscribe with them before sending payments.
  2. Western Union Money Transfer
    You can send instant payment through Western Union Money Transfer service. Please contact Western Union office in your area for more information.   3. International Bank transfer
    You are able to transfer the money from your bank to our local bank by using telegraphic transfer (TT). However, extra SGD $20 per payment is needed to cover the bank fee to cash it here. The fee must be added to the total cost of the items before you proceed to transfer to us.
  4. Other forms of payment:
    We also accept cash in USD or Euro and all other major currencies. Please be sure to use registered airmail or EMS so you can always track the status. MYSTICALTHAI.COM will not be responsible for any lose, buyer will bear 100% risk for such transactions. We will ship your order only after we receive the payment.

Where is my confirmation e-mail?

Immediately after you place an order, you should receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, then it may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect e-mail address.

How secure are my credit card details?

All the information you provide is encrypted (scrambled) using the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology so that when you submit the order from the online form to our computer, nothing can be read as it travels down the secure line. Your details are then applied to our subscription system, which resides in a completely separate, unlinked area away from our internet pages.
